AcquaEnna manages the water supply in the Province of Enna. In this first phase, a remote control system was made for the Piazza Armerina municipality, being it the one with more water issues among those of the province.

The remote control system manages the main tanks and the abstraction ad elevation points. Thanks to the program it has been possible to optimize the water supply and reduce the elevating pumps' functioning hours. Moreover, the system automatically does all the operations in order to keep the optimal water level in the tanks during the whole day. This has allowed to eliminate man's overseeing during the whole day because, in case of anomaly, the remote control alerts the available operator who can verify what's going on from everywhere through a smartphone or a Pc connected to internet.
