For the Catania Drainage Consortium we created a territorial monitoring system which acquires atmospheric and hydro-geological data. A Neural Net System deals with the correlation of the various data and can simulate further developments.

The remote control system, through a series of sensors for the acquisition of atmospheric and hydro-geological data, gets information on temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind speed and direction and aquifer level. This is interfaced by the smart control unit and acquired and stored in a server at the control centre.

The neural system is able to simulate the developing of the aquifer basing on the acquired or inserted by the operator data.
