Beyond the usual assistance service at the customer's home, T.C. Anfil offers an innovative remote assistance technology.
The online assistance is an advanced communication technology which allows the immediate connection between the customer's and our specialized technician's computer, in order to offer remote assistance.

Basic concepts
The majority of issues you can have to face with your computer can be solved within a few minutes by a specialized technician. Very often, the 90% of the assistance's price consist of the travelling expenses to go to the customer and come back to our office. We are aware of this problem and - thanks to a software used by firms such as Philips, Deutsche Telekom, Scania, Lufthansa, Ducati, Shell, etc. - we can offer a quality, fast and reasonably priced.

You can register gratis using the form and you will get the account and password to enter the reserved area where you will be able to download our remote assistance software and other useful tools.
From this point on you only need to load credit on your account (via Paypal or bank transfer) and you will be ready to get assistance whenever you need it.
To use the service you only need an internet connection (ADSL preferred), the remote assistance software and enough credit on your account.
At the end of an assistance service, the cost will be downloaded from your account. The hours of assistance you buy have a 12 month validity.
The remote assistance software and the other tools available for our customers are gratis.
The only cost consist of our technician's time dedicated to you.
