The customizing of our systems to the customer's requests has made our work enjoyable. Every work has been different, with its particular problems and needs.
On behalf of the 'E-government for Businesses' project for the Industrial Development Area Authority of Catania, we created:
- The TIS (Territorial Informative System)
- The public street light monitoring system
- The remote water meter reading system
The TIS is an important monitoring and service managing device for the three areas of Pantano D'Arci (Catania), Piano Tavola (Belpasso) and Tre Fontane (Paternò). It is perfectly integrated with the remote control system of the installed devices and the whole Informatics System. Through the remote control system it is possible to safely manage and control all the power-lines and street lights, allowing to monitor their status and helping with the maintenance work planning. Furthermore, the optimization of the flux control has allowed a cost drop and a longer average life of the lamps.
The bookkeeping and invoicing of the water consumption has been made more easy and cheap by the A.M.R. (Automatic Meter Reader) system. In fact the readings automatically arrive to the centre without the need of periodical men's in field presence.
The integration of the Pit Remote Control and the supply systems allows the analysis of the water consumption in the various blocks and the easy identification of a loss or illegal connection.
The connection with the E.R.P. system - a sub-system of the company's informative system - makes the managing of the consumption brackets, overflows and invoicing automatic.
