IAM Software (Integrated Accountancy Management) for the General Territorial Headquarter and suburban offices of the Department of Transport, cpa and ustif
The IAM software, designed in the Windows XP environment and compatibie with the following versions, works in the following areas:
- Managing of the accounting missions for both private and State, inspections, on road control following the 473/2010 Guideline.
- Parameterized management of the calculation variables
- Costitution of multiple tasks for the missions' managing
- Managing of the expense items, with contemporary clearance of the missions on different items within the same project.
- Calculation and clearance of the missions, with automatic generation on Word and Excel of the paying acts and paying orders.
- Generating on Excel and automatic saving of the substitutive form of the DGM 020-021 models
- Total clearance of the allocations by automatic clearance of the advanced and/or total payments, even on many expense issues within the same project
- Managing of the payment orders for the payment at the Banca D'Italia, with exporting on Excel and automatic saving
- Managing of the operative schedules both manual and automatic, being able to export the missions and/or inspections in the mission's archive
- Automatic generating of the operative schedules subject to the financial covering of the requested operations (deselectable)
